Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a return can be made and how refunds will be processed.

Return Policy

  1. 30-Day Return Period
    If for any reason you find that you can no longer care for your Sphynx kitten, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the purchase date. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation and begin the return process.

  2. Conditions for Return

    • The kitten must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, free from injury or illness.
    • You must provide proof of your kitten’s health status, including a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian, indicating that the kitten is healthy at the time of return.
    • Any supplies or items provided with the kitten (e.g., health records, toys, food) should also be returned.
  3. Transportation for Returns
    The cost of transportation for returning the kitten is the responsibility of the owner. We recommend using a reputable pet transport service to ensure the safe return of your kitten.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Processing
    Refunds will be processed after the kitten has been received back at Royal Sphynx Home and has undergone a health check by our veterinarian. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed after the return is confirmed.

  2. Refund Amount
    The refund amount will be the original purchase price of the kitten minus any transportation costs incurred during the return process. Any additional supplies purchased at the time of sale are non-refundable.

  3. Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds will not be issued if:

    • The kitten has been harmed or neglected during its time in your care.
    • The kitten is found to have been mistreated or exposed to unsafe conditions.
    • The kitten exhibits signs of behavioral issues due to improper training or care.
